Notice Description
This Framework Agreement will be awarded to Multiple Suppliers. The work can be summarised as follows: Works will be to Fife Council owned Domestic & Non-Domestic properties. Preservation and rot treatment: Renewing infected timber. Removal of timber safe lintels and replacing with pre-stressed concrete lintels. Plasterwork. Inorganic preservative, chemical treatments. Ancillary Items: Work in connection with existing kitchen fitments, sanitary appliances, central heating appliances, gas fittings and electrical fittings. Damp Proofing Works: Chemical damp proof courses. Plastic damp proof courses. Associated works.

This is a Modification notice to indicate that Fife Council intend to increase the duration of this framework agreement by a further 6 months to 30th June 2022 to ensure continuity of service during the Covid 19 pandemic to allow Fife Council to develop and procure the next generation of the framework. The scope and term & conditions remain as awarded. For more information refer to the Contract Notice reference number OJ 2017/S 191-390598
Renewal: Option to extend it for up to an additional 12 months.
