Market Research - Housing Asset Management Financial Strategy
Notice Description
EAC have introduced a Housing Asset Management Framework and are investing 131m over the next 5 years in housing development and improvements. We are looking to develop a clear financial strategy which will lead us into the next 30 years recognizing our vision for the future, actions needed to make progress and how success will be measured. It should also allow EAC to explore opportunities including business growth and innovation. There must be a clear financial strategy that puts people at the heart of everything we do. As part of this market research consultation, we are now inviting service providers to consider innovative and creative solutions which would meet the Councils future aspirations and to propose various options for consideration and discussion at this stage. Any information received will assist in strategic and operational decisions and will help inform any future procurement activity. Please send a copy of any options appraisals to lesley.mclean@east-ayrshire.gov.uk
