The purpose of this contract is design and install of a ventilation system within the training kitchen in the Links Centre at HMP Open Estate Castle Huntly. The training kitchen is an internal space without opening windows and currently relies on infiltration from adjacent spaces as means of make-up air provision, which is not in accordance with best practice. The new supply and extract heat recovery unit shall provide an extract air volume and supply air volume satisfying the extract requirements for kitchens and provision of fresh air for up to 6 occupants.
