Notice Description

It is anticipated the tender opportunity will be a Multi-Lot Framework Agreement comprising of the following lots however the Wheatley Group reserve the right to amend. Lot 1 - Commercial Contracts; Lot 2 - Legal Governance; Lot 3 - Legal Charities; Lot 4 - Legal Employment & Civil Litigation; Lot 5 - Banking; Lot 6 - Debt Recovery Services; Lot 7 - Property Searching, reporting and statutory requirement services. It is anticipated the Framework will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. The anticipated value of the Framework over the term is circa GBP6M. The Wheatley Group intend this to be a collaborative procurement exercise and as such it is our intention to open this Framework up to other Public Bodies for utilisation.
