Notice Description

The works shall comprise new works, improvements, alterations, fire damage re-instatement, planned and unplanned maintenance works and other similar type works. 24 lots in total are to be awarded comprising 8 separate trades in 3 Angus geographical areas. Works orders will not exceed the prescribed limit of 500,000 GBP, although, based on the previous Term Contract, most orders will be much lower than this.
