The Authority is seeking to appoint Contractor(s) for the supply and delivery of Print Books and Standing Order from a wide range of academic publishers, and the associated services to the higher education (HE) institutions and further education (FE) institutions, of Scotland, together with the National Library of Scotland, the National Museum of Scotland and the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh under the auspices of the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL)

For the appointment of up to 3 contractors for the supply and delivery of English language and UK non-English language print books & standing orders with associated services. This exercise is being undertaken on behalf of the HE/FE Institutions in Scotland, National Library of Scotland, National Museum of Scotland, the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh and Scotland Excel and their members. Parties eligible to use the Framework Agreement are as listed in Appendix E -- List of Institutions.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement will commence on the 03.11.2017 for an initial period of 2 years and will expire on the 01.11.2019 The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.

Foreign language Publications

For the appointment of up to 6 contractors for the supply and delivery of Foreign language print books & standing orders with associated services. This exercise is being undertaken on behalf of the HE/FE Institutions in Scotland, National Library of Scotland, National Museum of Scotland, the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh and Scotland Excel and their members. Parties eligible to use the Framework Agreement are as listed in Appendix E -- List of Institutions.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.
