We are as part of our ongoing market analysis looking for feedback and views on our proposed framework. SPA would welcome your input. Tenderer's will be invited to apply for FOUR of banded workstreams: Workstream 1 - up to 16 units Workstream 2 - 16 - 45 units Workstream 3 - 45+ units - single site Workstream 4 - 45+ units - multi site Workstream 5 - Consultancy Services We are seekings comments on our vision for the Framework? We will also have a Consultancy Framework working in parallel with this framework to provide consultancy services likely to be included are Employers agent, Architectural services , Project management, QS services, Health and Safety, Structural Engineering, Clerk of Works, M&E consultancy and any other consultancy services that may be necessary to assist a publicly funded organisation with a construction project from feasibility stage through construction to handover and ongoing management for the client. We are interested in the views of all new build contractors to register interest (on PCS), and specifically interested in Micro-SME & SME Regional contractors/developers for the smaller sites. We are interested to know where you work and would be interested in working within our Scotland wide framework. We have a number of Rural RSL's interested in the Framework and so we are interested in listening to Rural contractors/developers.
