The Authority is seeking to appoint Contractors for the supply eBooks and eBook Collections from a wide range of academic publishers to the higher education (HE) institutions and further education (FE) institutions, of Scotland, together with the National Library of Scotland, the National Museum of Scotland and the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh under the auspices of the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL).

eBook Collections with Unconstrained DRM

For the appointment of up to 10 contractors for the supply and delivery of eBook Collections with Unconstrained DRM. This exercise is being undertaken on behalf of the HE/FE Institutions in Scotland, National Library of Scotland, National Museum of Scotland, the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh and Scotland Excel and their members. Parties eligible to use the Framework Agreement are as listed in Appendix E - List of Institutions.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement will commence on the 05/12/2017 for an initial period of 2 years and will expire on the 05/12/2019. The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.

Multi - publisher subscriptions with Constrained DRM

For the appointment of up to 3 contractors for the supply and delivery of eBooks through multi - publisher subscriptions with Constrained DRM. This exercise is being undertaken on behalf of the HE/FE Institutions in Scotland, National Library of Scotland, National Museum of Scotland, the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh and Scotland Excel and their members. Parties eligible to use the Framework Agreement are as listed in Appendix E - List of Institutions.

Parties eligible to use the Framework Agreement are as listed in Appendix E - List of Institutions.
