Renewal: The contract may be extended by up to 7 months from the 1st of April 2018 by up to a further 7 months. Any extension will be agreed at the Councils sole discretion and the Council will attempt to inform the successful contractor of the intention to take up any extension 6 weeks prior to the 31st of March 2018.
