The Works comprise an extension and ground floor internal alteration works to Allershaw Tower Block, at Allershaw Place, Gowkthrapple, Wishaw. The extension is a single storey steel frame building of 134m2 floor area with flat roof and a mixture of render and facing brick finish and all internal services and finishes. The internal ground floor refurbishment applies to all areas apart from the flats and includes minor alteration layouts, provision of fire doors, installation of sprinkler protection and associated redecoration. The project also includes local external works consisting of footpath and fencing alterations.
