Open Tender with Quality Evaluation Document. Phase 1 of the works consists of the re-rendering works to the Main Block and will be undertaken within 13 weeks of 18 September 2017. Phase 2 of the works consists of re-rendering works of the cottages and works to car parks. Phase 2 will be undertaken by the successful Contractor only if the works undertaken on Phase 1 have been carried out in a satisfactory manner.
