Buying a solution of servers and storage. Replacing 10 out of 15 servers, with 5 servers at each site. The end game is to create a single VMWARE server host environment where we can move virtual servers between sites in the event of hardware issues, or entirely sites going down seamlessly. (Just now we can't go between sites) If we have different hardware vendors involved that solution is not possible. It is all on-premise. Hence, we went for Lot 3a - Rank 1
