Notice Description
Scottish Procurement wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a solution for Local Authority secondary municipal glass material in compliance with the applicable Waste Directives; the Scottish Government's Zero Waste Strategy and all relevant current and impending environmental legislation including UK/Scottish legislation relating to climate change. The contract placed will only be available for the public sector bodies who have signed up to provide Contract Glass Material to this Contract pending the meeting of individual Business Cases and are named below: - Dundee City Council - Angus Council - Perth & Kinross Council - West Lothian Council - Scottish Borders Council The service required will be for: - acceptance of contract glass material - transport of contract glass material

This includes the potential of Client's delivering material direct to the Contractor.
Renewal: Initial period of 24 months, with option to extend by a further 24 months in 12 month intervals
