Hjaltland Housing Association is looking to construct 27 new one bedroom flats at King Harald St, Lerwick, Shetland Isles. The flats will be constructed in three blocks with a maximum of three floors (ground, first and second) and will include all associated external works, paving, services, landscaping etc. This development is within a self contained site and does not require any new road networks.

Please note that any contract award is strictly subject to Hjaltland Housing Association receiving formal grant approval from the Scottish Government and the securing of private finance against the project.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
