On behalf of Scottish Enterprise (SE) and Loch Lomond Shores Management Company Limited (LLSMCo) we wish to appoint an agent to provide property management services for the common parts and concession licences at the site known as Loch Lomond Shores. The common parts of the site are the subject of a Deed of Conditions (Appendix 4) which nominates SE as the promoter of the site. SE subsequently contracts with LLSMCo to carry out its obligations to manage and maintain the common parts on behalf of the proprietors. These Management Services are being commissioned by SE and LLSMCo on behalf of both SE and the proprietors of Loch Lomond Shores as defined in the Deed of Conditions. The proprietors are the beneficiaries of the management services and pay the management fees via a service charge all as defined and governed by the Deed of Conditions. The services to be provided are set out in the attached (Appendix 6). The current budget for 2016/17 is attached as Appendix 7. The contract will be awarded for a term of 36 months from 1st November 2017 with the option to extend for 12 months to 31st October 2021.

Renewal: This contract will be for an initial period of 36 months, after this time, the Contracting Authority will have the option to extend the contract for a further 12 month period.
