The works will consist of the internal and external redecoration of properties on behalf of Linthouse Housing Association as part of their Cyclical Maintenance 2017 to 2022, generally within Linthouse, Drumoyne and Langands but may include a wider geographical area in future Painterwork programme will be provide annually to ensure that all properties and painted within the 5 year cycle. The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions.
Renewal: The contract will be a 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions.
