To ensure a minimum standard is maintained across the whole of Scotland, all Business Gateway advisers providing advice on behalf of Business Gateway must possess either the current SFEDI \"Diploma in Business and Enterprise Support\", SQA or equivalent accreditation. Bidder should note that where, on the award of contract, advisory staff do not have this accreditation, they will, if appropriate, then have a period of one year from the Commencement Date to gain this. (Scored and Weighted Section = 25%) Question 4C.10 Bidders will be required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract. (For Information Only) Question 4D.1 1. The bidder must hold a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 (or equivalent), OR 2. The bidder must have the following: a. A documented policy regarding quality management. The policy must set out responsibilities for quality management demonstrating that the bidder has and continues to implement a quality management policy that is authorised by their Chief Executive, or equivalent, and is periodically reviewed at a senior management level. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work to be undertaken and set out responsibilities for quality management throughout the organisation. Questions 4C1.2, Question 4C.6 shall be marked 0-4 in accordance with the following markings scheme. The scored and weighted questions will be evaluated using the following scoring methodology. Tenderers must achieve a minimum score of \"2\" 'acceptable' against each of the scored and weighted questions. Failure to achieve an acceptable score will result in a tenderers exclusion from the procurement exercise. ,: Score = 0 Unacceptable - Nil or inadequate response. Fails to demonstrate an ability to meet the requirement. Score = 1 Poor - Response is partially relevant and poor.
