Receipt from manufacturer, storage, and distribution under temperature controlled conditions (2degC-8degC) of clinical trials material, comprising 2 bulk consignments spaced across 2017 and 2018 each of 3,000 pre-filled pens, for subsequent delivery to 26 sites, estimated at 4-6 shipments per site.

Options: Due to varying in-house capacity to provide services similar to those the subject matter of this contract, there may be ad hoc requirements for services of a similar nature available to the successful candidate; however there is no guarantee of this, and in any event the value of any such business will not exceed 50% of the estimated value of this contract.

Renewal: Depending on the degree of progress in recruiting to the subject clinical trial, storage and distribution may need to be extended for up to a further 12 month period.
