This Framework Agreement is for the supply of Enoxaparin and Fondaparinux Sodium to health boards across NHS Scotland. The Framework Agreement is awarded as an un-ranked multi supplier framework on a line by line basis for each Lot.

Enoxaparin Sodium
This framework is awarded for the supply of Enoxaparin Sodium in a range of presentations to Health Boards across NHS Scotland. Each product line is treated as an individual Lot and is awarded on a line by line basis. Each Lot is awarded as an un-ranked multi supplier framework agreement.
Renewal: There is the option to extend the framework agreement by a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
Fondaparinux SodiumThis framework is awarded for the supply of Fondaparinux Sodium in a range of presentations to Health Boards across NHS Scotland. Each product line is treated as an individual Lot and is awarded on a line by line basis. Each Lot is awarded as an un-ranked multi supplier framework agreement.
