The Famous Grouse Ideas Centre- Incubation Service is aimed at nurturing and supporting innovative individuals, start-ups, projects and ideas in the Creative Industries Sector (CI).Perth and Kinross Council (PKC) require a programme to be created and managed that will be aimed at pre-start and start-ups in creative industries which will support the creation, growth and scale of Perth & Kinross' creative individuals and communities and in turn growth of the sector within Perth and Kinross.
