The successful Candidate will be responsible for the installation of replacement kitchen fitments and bathroom sanitaryware, including: compliance with SHQS; supply/ installation of white goods package direct with tenants; supply of EPC certificates and all associated works/ alterations to provide fully functioning kitchens (56no) and bathrooms (66no) in in 122 flats/ houses at Various Addresses, Castlemilk , Glasgow G45. A comprehensive itemised description of the contract requirements and addresses is contained within the Specification of Works.

The tender comprised the Capability Document [based on ESPD format], your quality score for the TQQ; and the Contract Sum stated on the Form of Tender. The submitted Capability Document Submission was assessed as a pass or fail to identify contractors who pass the thresholds, only for those contractors who passed- The criteria for scoring wase to reach a total percentage score as follows: Price (tender)- deducting 1% from 100 for every percentage point each tender is in excess of the lowest tender, prior to weighting. Quality- out of 100 for your TQQ submission, ranked in relation to the other candidates. The candidates were scored relative to each other (best answer scoring highest), based on the Employer's individual aspirations/ requirements and the information provided by the candidate(s).. The 2017-18 kitchen works are programmed to be completed during January 2018 and bathroom works completed early March 2018 and kitchen/ bathroom works must not run concurrently.
