To supply and deliver MSC accredited whiting and haddock fillets, this must be fresh produce with no skin or bones. These should be boxed in 80's, approximately 85g/3oz per fillet. This will include delivery to thirty North Ayrshire Education catering production units, once per week during the thirty-eight week school term.

This will include delivery to thirty North Ayrshire Education catering production units, once per week during the thirty-eight week school term.
Renewal: The period of the contract will be for two years initially from award date. The contract may be extended for up to an additional twelve months at the option of the Council, subject to satisfactory performance of the contract. Prices will be fixed for two years and reviewed prior to option to extend for a further twelve months.
