A contract placed through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Employee Services Framework - Ref RM3704 for the provision of the following employee benefits through a fully managed service provided by Edenred: -- Employee Discount Scheme -- facilitating employee access to a diverse range of preferential offers, discounts and cash backs either online, instore or by telephone from an extensive range of retailers and service providers. -- Childcare Voucher Scheme -- administration of the Employer Supported and Child Care Scheme. -- Cycle to Work Scheme -- implementing a tax exempt loan scheme for employees' cycles and cyclists. -- Payroll Giving Scheme -- administration of a tax efficient scheme which allows employees to give money to the UK registered charity of their choice by having a deduction taken straight from their gross pay and built in flexibility for additional services as required. This call-off Contract is intended for use by the Scottish Government Main Bargaining Units and the following affiliated public bodies; Community Justice Scotland Crofting Commission Local Government Boundary Commission Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland Parole Board for Scotland Police Investigations and Review Commissioner Risk Management Authority Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission Scottish Fiscal Commission Scottish Road Works Commissioner The Scottish Land Commission
