Lot 1
The intended procurement process is a 2 Stage Quality and Pricing Assessment. Stage 1A consists of the enclosed PQQ, which will identify the top six tenderers in terms of quality. Stage 1B; interview of the top six tenderers. Stage 2; the top four highest scoring tenderers from stage 1B are invited to carry out a detailed pricing assessment based on the design provided by the CCC design team.
