This will involve initial set up, training and migration (to RoS staff). Key personnel and skills will include but not be limited to an initial team comprising 1 scrum master, 2 software developers and 1 product owner. The assignment will be based on a 'hands on approach' with agreed deliverables as well as training and skills and knowledge transfer.
