Notice Description
The University of Edinburgh is leading the Innovation component of the City Deal, focussed on Data Driven Innovation (DDI). The Successful Bidder will work with the University to develop over-arching programme management strategies and delivery plans that will be appropriate for the scope, scale and level of maturity of the Programme. It is expected that the identified strategies and plans will draw upon leading practices programme management approaches. The Successful Bidder will be expected to: develop the programme management assets to a level of maturity that enables approval by stakeholders and practical execution build upon the work undertaken to date draw upon relevant prior experience, and apply leading practice, to ensure that the resulting strategies and plans are credible, robust and fit for purpose engage with key stakeholders to ensure that a) the strategies and plans address identified priority issues and b) are communicated successfully.
