Procurement of a food education service for homelessness prevention in the City of Edinburgh Council local authority area. The service will help homeless people or people at risk of homelessness to manage and maintain their home through completing a training course focusing on basic food preparation, nutrition, budgeting and cooking skills.

Renewal: It is the intention of the Council that any Contract resulting from this procurement will be for a period of three years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 periods of 12 months each, undertaken at the sole discretion of the Council.
