Scottish Enterprise seeks to appoint a suitable lead consultant and their multi-disciplinary design and planning team to be responsible for refreshing the design for the Energetica Industry Park project in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. This will comprise concept and technical design and it include site infrastructure and site preparation works 'tender package'. This will involve the consultant developing a strategy for the site including identifying an optional Phase 1 of the site, supported by a cost-benefit analysis and review of previous work undertaken by Scottish Enterprise through previous contract appointments. Scottish Enterprise seeks to procure the appointment of a lead consultant and their multi-disciplinary design and planning team to review and refresh all previous design information from previous appointment, and take responsibility for design for the Energetica Industry Park, Peterhead, which comprises concept and technical design and to include site infrastructure and site preparation works 'Tender Package'. This will involve the consultant developing a strategy for the site including identifying an optimal Phase 1 of the site supported by a cost-benefit analysis. All further information can be located within the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation on Public Contracts Scotland.. Scottish Enterprise estimate the value of the commission to be between GBP61,000.00 and GBP85,000.00 (excl VAT).
