Project management support is being requested from SFC to work with the UHI senior management and Principal and interim senior team, of NAFC Marine Centre and Shetland College Board of Management to produce a Business Case for merger, consistent with the 'in principle' agreement already reached, and in line with Scottish Funding Council and Scottish Government requirements.. This project will commence immediately on contract award and will be undertaken during December 2017 and January 2018. Bidders must provide assurance they have adequate staffing provision in place to resource this. Bidders may be invited to present to the evaluation panel and this will take place in Inverness on Monday 13 November.
