The project will generally comprise the refurbishment of Art classes and general teaching classes in St Margaret's & Cardinal Newman High Schools. The works will involve the stripping out of existing furniture, fixtures and fittings, and their replacement with new. This will include new flooring and electrical fittings, and a strip out of asbestos where required. .
