Subsea R&D Call Support
Notice Description
The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a supplier, to provide Services to Scottish Enterprise ("SE"), and the respective subsidiary and associated companies and undertakings. (together, the "Purchasers"). This contract is for a 3 year period with the option to extend the contract for a further 12 months depending on the project outputs and future project budget being approved. This project will support the Scottish Subsea Supply Chain to innovate. The Programme will use a call based approach, focussed on themes initiated in Japan, developed and announced by the Joint Advisory Committee. Such an approach will assist in drawing out industry in their view of how to progress technology. There will be at least 1 call per annum.

Scottish Enterprise wishes to appoint a supplier to: - Manage and administer the call process for at least 3 calls including communication with all applicants - Maximise industry awareness of, and participation in, the calls through delivery of workshops - Review all 1st Stage Expression Of Interests and 2nd Stage full applications to ensure market fit - Work with companies to support the development of successful applications pre R&D appraisal - Provide secretariat service to the Joint Advisory Committee
Renewal: Option to extend for a further 12 months depending on project deliverables and future project budget approval
