Notice Description

SFT wishes to appoint a single provider to undertake the role of auditor for SFT and its subsidiary investment company, Scottish Futures Trust Investments Limited (SFTI) for a period of up to 4 years.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The scope of the work required from the successful bidder covers the SFT Group comprising Scottish Futures Trust Limited and Scottish Futures Trust Investments Limited and comprises: 1. External Audit of Group companies; 2. Financial controls and procedures testing; and 3. Additional support regarding tax advice, VAT advice or other requirement required by SFT's Audit Committee or management. Further details are provided within the procurement documents.

Options: SFT may from time to time require additional advice relating to Tax advice, VAT advice or other requirements subject to the caps placed on non-audit fees by the Group Audit Committee.

Renewal: SFT at its entire discretion reserves the right to extend the appointment by a further year.
