Notice Description

HIE requires a suitably qualified & experienced supplier for the design, manufacture, installation & commissioning of replacement QC Lab air-conditioning at BASF Pharma, Isle of Lewis. The project will involve undertaking all design, manufacture, installation, associated construction, site managment and commissioning works from inception to completion.

The required works are summarised as follows and detailed in the procurement documentation attached to the Notice. The project will involve undertaking all design, manufacture, installation, associated construction, site managment and commissioning works from inception to completion for replacement air conditioning at QC Labaratory, BASF [Callanish] Ltd, Breasclete, Isle of Lewis. There will be a requirement for the supplier to engage & manage a design team, to include Principal Designer, to develop the design. The supplier will also be required to work within the strict Permit to Work regime in place at the facility. It is expected that these services will be required from November 2017 and have an estimated value of between GBP 175k and GBP 225k excluding VAT.
