The project involves the construction and installation of the following: - - 16Nr 20ft storage containers - 4Nr 10ft storage containers - 1Nr standalone storage container - 4Nr 100m2 fenced storage areas - 2Nr 50m2 fenced storage areas - 8Nr lock up units - 4Nr 60m2 business starter units - 1Nr 160m2 workshop unit - Excavating and filling to the required formation levels - Formation of bunds for visual screening - Associated hard standings for containers - Access roads/hard standings/turning points/parking - Underground drainage installations including on site - foul water treatment, SUDS systems, interceptor traps and culvert crossing at roads. - External service provision/utilities including associated trenching, substation bases, connection fees, - infrastructure charges and the like. - Water connection to the municipal waste site boundary - Boundary fencing (deer fencing) - Water course diversions - Waste collection points
