Notice Description

CGDL seeks to procure a main contractor to deliver roofing works and fabric repairs at Gas Purifier Shed and Gas Meter House in Dalmarnock. The buildings are two of the last remaining historic and former industrial buildings in Dalmarnock and this project will form the initial phase of works to secure their future use. Clyde Gateway has longer term ambitions to reinvent the building as a vibrant landmark at the gateway to a mixed use South Dalmarnock masterplan. The project will therefore require exemplary execution of detailing whilst reflecting and promoting Clyde Gateway's Character and Values.
