Zero Waste Scotland invites proposals for the provision of a new or existing cloud-based e-Learning platform solution, including ongoing technical support. Proposed solutions must be easy to use, accessible to all staff regardless of location, and capable of providing a clear record of meaningful learning and development experiences and achievements that can be utilised by staff within their work for Zero Waste Scotland and beyond.

Zero Waste Scotland invites proposals for the provision of a new or existing cloud-based e-Learning platform solution, including ongoing technical support. Proposed solutions must be easy to use, accessible to all staff regardless of location, and capable of providing a clear record of meaningful learning and development experiences and achievements that can be utilised by staff within their work for Zero Waste Scotland and beyond. The deliverable for this contract will be a hosted, cloud-based e-learning platform for Zero Waste Scotland, with ongoing technical support provided to ensure constant uptime and a positive user experience. It is expected that the completed e-Learning platform will be launched for the beginning of the new financial year (2018-2019), but may be completed at any time prior to this. The ongoing technical support will commence with the launch of the completed e-Learning platform for Zero Waste Scotland and shall be for an initial period of 36 months.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: Zero Waste Scotland will consider options to extend the contract by up to a further three 12-month periods in order to maintain ongoing technical support. These extensions will be considered annually to coincide with the conclusion of existing support arrangements, and are subject to continued business need and funding, and to satisfactory performance of the contractor during delivery.
