Procurement of a Group Work service for homelessness prevention in the City of Edinburgh Council local authority area. The service shall be provided to young people aged from 16 to 25 years of age who are at risk of becoming homeless, who are homeless or who have recently experienced homelessness, to enable them to gain independent living skills and to engage them with employability services.

Renewal: It is the intention of the Council that any Contract resulting from this procurement will be for a period of three years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 periods of 12 months each, undertaken at the sole discretion of the Council.
