This Framework Agreement is awarded for the supply and delivery of Nitric Oxide Gas and the associated delivery system to NHS Scotland in support of the delivery of treatment of neonatal, paediatric and adult patients who exhibit critical pulmonary defects.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement by up to a further one (1) period of up to twelve (12) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension.
