HHP require suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide Design and Build (D&B) services for the delivery of 12 nr. flats, which already have full Planning Permission in respect of the external configuration and site layout. The development comprises two blocks each containing 4 x 2 Bed 3 Person flats and 2 x 1 Bed 2 Person flats, the demolition of the existing buildings and associated site clearance and preparation, infrastructure, car parking, site works and landscaping. Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site to ascertain local site conditions, influences and management/delivery issues. No claims for lack of such knowledge will be considered. Any alteration to the external configuration and site layout will require a new planning application or a non-material variation. As such tenderers must price purely on the current external arrangements.
