Notice Description

The project comprises construction and cladding of a steel portal frame storage building. Site Clearance will be carried out prior to contract commencement by HES staff or labour employed directly by HES. Site strip, foundation excavation and concrete works will be carried out prior to contract commencement by HES staff or labour employed directly by HES. The contract will include for erecting perimeter foundation blockwork (labour only), supplying and erecting steel frame, cladding, ancillaries, doors, rooflights, roof drainage and all other works detailed in the contract documents. Floor slab sub base, concrete slab, internal partition block walling, drainage works, electrical fit out works and external works will be carried out after the contract completion date by HES staff or labour employed directly by HES.
