NHS Education for Scotland (NES) wishes to establish a pool of quality assured Associates to provide additional Organisational Development (OD) capacity in 3 x regional and 1 x national board groupings, each led by an existing Health Board Chief Executive as Implementation Lead, established in response to the Scottish Government's Health & Social Care Delivery Plan. This follows the successful commissioning "once for Scotland" of OD support during 2017 to the senior leadership teams developing draft Local Delivery Plans for the regions / national Boards.
