Notice Description
The objective of this tender is to introduce and facilitate access to training relevant to Practice Managers across Scotland. The main aim of the training will be to ensure that Practice Managers have access to local, high quality, relevant and interactive workshops. To ensure we cater for the range of knowledge and experience amongst the GP Practice Manager population, we are taking an education needs analysis approach to the training. This will be done by the NES SPMDN. Training identified is likely to be dependent upon the Practice Managers experience and position, and the training will include workshops on the following topics: - Managing change - Leadership - Employment law/HR update - Performance management - Health and safety - Stress management
