East Renfrewshire Council will shortly be issuing tender documents as it seeks to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to undertake reactive roofing works, in a non-domestic environment, as and when required. The period of the contract will be for an initial 2 year period with an option to extend for further 2 years up to 12 months at a time.. Spend against this contract over the full 4 year period is not likely to exceed 750,000.00GBP. It should be noted that 300,000.00GBP of this spend is reserved money to make a facility available to PATS and other ERC Departments to carry out small works that are required to take place within a tight timescale.

Renewal: The initial 2 years will end in 2020 however there is an option to extend for a further 2 years up to 12 months at a time.
