Lot 1

WLC are awarding a contract to provide Portable Appliance Testing in council buildings not covered by Hard FM contracts.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Re: ESPD Q3D.1, 3D.2 and 3D.3 Bidders should answer these questions on Environmental, social and labour law in relation to compliance with the regulations covering Scotland and the UK.

Options: The council estate is always in a state of flux with new buildings being added and others being disposed of. This contract will cover all buildings owned by the council during the life of the contract whether listed in the tender documents or not.

Renewal: Up to two periods of 12 months following the initial 3 year contract
