The type of work comprises: Removal of chimney stacks; Replace roof coverings; Replace soffits and fascias; Replace rainwater goods; Re-roughcast; Roughcast repairs; Replacement windows and doors; Refurbish balcony areas; Footpath repairs; Replacement fencing.

Abertay HA seeks to appoint a suitable contractor to carry out external fabric repairs and upgrades to its existing housing stock over the next four years. The type of work comprises: Removal of chimney stacks; Replace roof coverings; Replace soffits and fascias; Replace rainwater goods; Re-roughcast; Roughcast repairs; Replacement windows and doors; Refurbish balcony areas; Footpath repairs; Replacement fencing. Works will be issued on 10 month programme to allow for access and 100% completion of all works. The contract will be a 48 month contract.
