Notice Description
NES are looking for a supplier to support the current ePortfolio team by providing a Senior Web Developer. The Senior Web Developer provided by the chosen supplier will be actively involved in the support and maintenance of the product so that NES can guarantee continuity of supply of the current ePortfolio application to the existing customer base.

Duration of Agreements To ensure best value, and to reflect the realities of budget pressures and changing user needs, this tender aims to maximise flexibility in the service arrangements. It asks suppliers to put forward fixed term proposals for a two-year contract (1 year committed + 3 x 4months), with breakpoints at the end of each period where NES can review service usage, user needs and feedback, and any changes in supplier offerings. NES reserve the right to terminate the contract at each breakpoint. The following will be the endings of each period: Year 1 31/03/2019 1st 4 months 31/07/2019 2nd 4 months 30/11/2019 3rd and final 4 months 31/03/2020
