Notice Description
The chosen supplier will be required to provide software development services in order to; 1. Maintain the operational status of the existing ePortfolio system and implement functionality requested by a range of stakeholders 2. Develop functionality and processes to assist with the enhancement and commercialisation of the Turas platform; and the integration of ePortfolio within the platform.

Lot 1
To ensure best value, and to reflect the realities of budget pressures and changing user needs, this tender aims to maximise flexibility in the service arrangements. It asks suppliers to put forward fixed term proposals for a two-year contract (1 year committed + 3 x 4months), with breakpoints at the end of each period where NES can review service usage, user needs and feedback, and any changes in supplier offerings. NES reserve the right to terminate the contract at each breakpoint. The following will be the endings of each period: Year 1 31/03/2019 1st 4 months 31/07/2019 2nd 4 months 30/11/2019 3rd and final 4 months 31/03/2020
