It is the associations intention to enter into a contract with a main contractor from 2nd April 2018 to 31st March 2020 with the option of a one year extension to deliver their open space maintenance and repair works to soft landscaping areas belonging to the association including open space areas,private and communal front and rear gardens to tenanted blocks of flats,houses and any other properties owned or managed by the association in the Barlanark area of Glasgow

Renewal: The contract will be 24 months with the option of a one year extension based on performance.
