    "description": "This project will be project Managed by Mr Chris O'Reilly or one of his staff from WGM Consultants on 0131 653 6966 where all technical questions relating to the specification and drawings should be addressed in the first instance. The site estates manager is Mr Mark Riddell and the Board Energy Manager involved is Mr Allan lamb who will interface with Mr O'Reilly during the project construction. This is a complex project involving power and controls supplying a high risk area (operating theatres) within Gartnavel General Hospital so planning is very important to ensure minimum downtime. A site visit will be arranged and the date and time of this visit will be posted on the portal. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
