Tenderers are invited to Tender for Principal Contractor to construct a flatted development of new build housing at The Former Police Station, Tarbert, Isle of Harris, for Hebridean Housing Partnership Ltd.

Lot 1

Tenderers are required to abide by their Tender details for a validity period of 90 calendar days from the date given above for receiving Tenders. The declaration, form of tender, price schedule, excel bills, ESPD questionnaire, accounts and quality submission should be uploaded to the Public Contracts Scotland portal by the 12 noon 8th January 2018 Any Tender received after the closing date and time for submission will not be considered. Tenders sent by other means other than the Public Contracts Scotland Portal will not be considered. Any queries relating to the Tender Documents should be posted on the Public Contracts Scotland Portal. The Director of Finance & Corporate Services may if necessary issue amended Tender Document or statements clarifying the Tender Documents and Tenderer's shall comply with these.
